What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing end-to-end accounting functions including GST/TDS, reconciliations, expense management, P&L and monthly closing
- Handling vendor payments, accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring accurate records
- Coordinating with the purchasing team for inventory control, costing, and stock verification
- Implementing cost control systems across departments
- Preparing MIS reports, budgets, and financial statements
- Working closely with auditors and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Monitoring financial performance and providing insights to the leadership team
- Bringing structure, discipline, and transparency to day-to-day financial operations
Must-Haves:
- 78 years of full-time accounting experience
- Experience in hospitality (hotels, restaurants, F&B) is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory, vendor management
- Hands-on experience with GST/TDS filings, reconciliations, P&L, and balance sheets
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational habits
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of hotel accounting software is a plus
- A problem-solver's mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment
