Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Professional (Chartered Accountant – CA exam appeared) to manage accounting operations, compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in finance, taxation, and audit processes, along with the ability to provide actionable financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all accounting and financial activities of the organization
- Prepare and review financial statements and MIS reports
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and audits
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
- Provide strategic financial recommendations to senior management
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency
Requirements:
- CA (Qualified / Inter / Appeared)
- Minimum 10 - 13+ years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and finance roles
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Familiarity with IT industry financial practices
- Experience in corporate, consulting, or mid-to-large organizations
