Senior Accountant

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Gurgaon. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and supervising the company's financial accounting processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role includes preparing financial statements, overseeing account reconciliations, managing budgets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure precise financial planning. Additionally, the Senior Accountant will identify opportunities for process improvements and provide insights to support organizational growth.

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Budgeting, Financial Planning, and Cost Analysis
• Experience with Taxation, Regulatory Compliance, and Audit Coordination
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA certification preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management roles
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is advantageous
