Senior Accountant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in Okhla, New Delhi. The Senior Accountant will oversee and manage financial operations, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies. The role involves supervising the accounting team, conducting financial audits, analyzing financial performance, and preparing reports for management to support strategic decision-making. The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing tax filings, managing payroll, and collaborating with external auditors when required.

• Proficiency in financial accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Strong expertise in account reconciliation, auditing, and tax compliance
• Solid experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a retail or distribution environment
• Familiarity with GST filing and Indian accounting standards is highly desirable
