Job Description

Position: Sr.Account Executive

Experience: 8 to 10yrs

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative approaches to drive sales growth.
  • Identify, pursue, and close long-cycle, high-value opportunities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, procurement teams, and stakeholders.
  • Building a relationship and closely working with partners Sales and distributors.
  • Work collaboratively with the partner sales team.
  • Meet enterprise customers to present, position, and explain IAM and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create & execute campaigns that generate leads & support sales efforts.
  • Represent the company at industry events & conferences and be an ambassador for the company's brand & values.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide accurate and timely revenue forecasting and sales reporting to support leadership in achieving quarterly and annual targets.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of total experience in direct sales of products (SaaS)/cybersecurity.
  • Mandatory experience selling to large enterprises.
  • Proven track record closing high-value, long-cycle deals
  • Strong background in cybersecurity products/solutions (IAM preferred).
  • Experience selling cloud and security platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with enterprise clients, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Highly aggressive and result-oriented.
