Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Senior Account Executive. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to manage end-to-end accounting operations for clients across India and the US. The role requires strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and team coordination, along with the ability to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all accounting processes.

  • Work Shift: 3:00 pm - 12:00 am (Monday to Friday)

  • Experience: 3+ Years
  • Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, CA, CA - Finalist (Not Giving Exams Preffered.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting for clients across India and the US, ensuring timely month-end and year-end closures, accurate reconciliations, and reliable financial reporting.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss accounts, in compliance with Ind AS and US GAAP.
  • Lead and manage teams, ensuring timely completion and quality of deliverables.
  • Address and resolve queries from internal teams and clients to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Monitor cash flow, forecast financial trends, and support clients in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.
  • Handle tax-related activities for Indian clients, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
  • Identify discrepancies, implement corrective measures, and maintain proper documentation to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare MIS reports as per client requirements and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements in India and the US.

Job Requirements

  • B.Com, M.Com, CA, CA - Finalist (Not Giving Exams Preffered.)
  • Proven experience (3–5+ years) in handling accounts for Indian and US clients. 
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and US GAAP. 
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar. 
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new systems.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with vendors, clients, and internal teams (English & Gujarati/Hindi.)
