Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Academic Counselors to join our admissions team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, counseling prospective students about educational programs, and converting inquiries into enrollments. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to achieve monthly admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students generated through various marketing channels.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about courses, programs, fees, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Counsel students and parents regarding admissions, eligibility, and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversions.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and provide a positive counseling experience.
- Coordinate with admissions and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-5 years of experience in BPO, Telecalling, Academic Counseling, Sales, or Customer Service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Education, EdTech, or BPO Voice Process.
