is seeking motivated and experienced Senior Academic Counsellors to join the team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will guide prospective learners in selecting the right educational pathways, drive enrollment, and contribute to the mission of transforming lives through education.

Provide personalised guidance to prospective learners by understanding their career goals and educational needs

Engage leads via outbound/inbound calls, emails, and chat to provide accurate program information

Recommend appropriate learning solutions aligned with learners professional objectives

Achieve and exceed monthly sales and enrolment targets consistently

Build lasting relationships with learners to support long-term success and satisfaction

Keep up-to-date with upGrad's latest program offerings and industry developments

Minimum 2 years of proven EdTech sales experience

Strong command of English and excellent communication skills

Consultative and persuasive selling skills with a customer-first approach

Highly driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
