Position Summary You will lead selling excellence activities to strengthen our sales capabilities for Vaccines in South & West based out of Mumbai. You will work closely with commercial leaders, learning experts, and field teams to design and deliver learning programs, digital tools, and coaching that improve customer interactions and business outcomes. These responsibilities include some of the following: Design and deliver sales capability programs for field teams, combining classroom, virtual, and on-the-job coaching Partner with brand and commercial leaders to translate business priorities into practical learning and tools. Build and roll out digital resources and self-led learning to support continuous skill development. Coach managers to embed selling behaviours in daily routines and measure coaching quality. Define and track metrics to evaluate program impact and recommend improvements. Support change adoption by working across teams to ensure consistent ways of working and readiness for new initiatives. Why You Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, marketing, education, or a related field. Minimum 3 years experience in sales training, capability development, or commercial coaching. Experience working with sales teams in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries. Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills. Comfortable using digital learning platforms and basic data tools to track impact. Willingness to travel regularly and engage with field teams across India. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Advanced degree in a relevant discipline or professional certification in learning and development. Experience designing omnichannel or multi-channel sales programs. Experience in designing blended learning journeys using Face to face, virtual & digital interventions. Proven ability to measure training impact using sales metrics and KPIs. Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems. Background in leading change programs or capability transformation projects. Experience working in large matrix organisations and influencing without direct authority. Working Arrangement This role is hybrid. You will spend time in the office and in the field to work directly with teams and leaders. Regular travel across regions in India is expected.
