Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with customers to understand deployment and configuration requirements.
Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding activities.
Assist in integrating customer systems with platform connectors.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues during implementation.
Troubleshoot connector validation failures and agent configuration issues.
Edit and maintain YAML configuration files.
Perform minor code fixes in connector frameworks when needed.
Document implementation steps, issues, and progress updates.
Escalate complex issues to internal engineering teams.
Guide customers on agent selection and deployment.
Support networking and security troubleshooting (proxies, firewalls, TLS, certificates, secrets).
