Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Siebel CRM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Siebel configuration and telecom domain implementations. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of Siebel CRM modules, scripting, and integration, along with experience in BSS/OSS environments.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Siebel configuration and customization based on business requirements
- Work extensively on:
- Account & Contact Management
- Assistant Agent Billing Care
- Develop solutions using Siebel CRM Scripting and Open UI
- Handle CRM Order Management, CSW, and EAI integrations
- Implement and support:
- Siebel Workforce Management
- Siebel PRM / Dealer Management
- Siebel Field Service
- Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports
- Analyze requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery
- Ensure solution quality through testing and validation
Mandatory Skills- Strong hands-on experience in Siebel CRM (5–12 years)
- Expertise in:
- Siebel Configuration
- Siebel Scripting & Open UI
- Experience in:
- CRM Order Management
- CSW (Customer Service Workflows)
- EAI (Enterprise Application Integration)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Account & Contact Management
- Billing Care modules
- Hands-on experience with:
- Siebel Workforce Management
- PRM / Dealer Management
- Field Service
- Experience in BI Publisher Reports
- Must have worked on Siebel Version 20.x or above
- Telecom domain experience is mandatory
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of RODOD implementation
- Exposure to BSS/OSS systems
- Experience in Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Additional Notes
- Strong preference for candidates with end-to-end Siebel implementation experience
- Must be hands-on in development and configuration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced telecom environment
