Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery programs. The ideal candidate will manage large-scale Salesforce projects, drive technical excellence, and ensure successful deployment of FSL solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce CRM with FSL (Field Service Lightning).
• Expertise in FSL components: Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, Service Territories.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce.
• Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modeling.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, DevOps).
• Knowledge of mobile workforce management solutions.
