Summary:

As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to assess security needs, documenting the implementation of cloud security controls, and transitioning to cloud security-managed operations. You will engage in discussions to refine security strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards, while also addressing any emerging security challenges that may arise during the implementation process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge on security best practices.
• Conduct regular assessments of security frameworks to ensure they align with evolving business needs.
• Perform routine JML processing, entitlement updates, and certification tasks.
• Investigate identity issues, data mismatches, and feed errors.
• Execute dormancy, exception, and ownership controls.
• Maintain evidence, documentation, SOP adherence, and audit readiness.
• Assist in integration uplift, feed corrections, and metadata improvements.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance requirements.
• Experience with identity directories (AD/Entra ID).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical capability.
• Basic SQL/Excel reporting skills.
• Understanding of access governance concepts.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
