Job Summary
To provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring efficient time management, seamless communication flow, confidentiality, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Skills
Executive Support
- Complex calendar management, appointments, travel, and meeting schedules
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence with discretion
- Draft emails, presentations, and official communications
Meeting & Governance Management
- Coordinate Board meetings, leadership reviews, and external meetings
- Follow up with stakeholders on key deliverables
- Maintain documentation and records with confidentiality
Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as liaison between MD and senior leadership team
- Coordinate cross-functional information flow
- Interface with external partners, vendors, and clients
- Manage confidential and sensitive matters professionally
Travel & Event Coordination
- Plan domestic & international travel
- Manage expense reports and reimbursements
- Coordinate leadership events and offsites
Office & Administrative Governance
- Maintain executive records and documentation
- Support priority projects driven by MD's office
- Ensure compliance with organizational protocols
- Conference Room Management
- Support Staff Management for MD's office
- Duty Management of Drivers
- Souvenir Procurement for Delegates & Business Associates
