Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Search Growth Strategist (SEO, AEO & Paid Media) at Physiassist Health LLP. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role for someone who can independently manage and execute SEO, AEO, content, and paid search initiatives with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
The role requires hands-on expertise in On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Google Ads, content writing, AI tools, and basic WordPress publishing. The ideal candidate should be analytical, proactive, outcome-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with direct visibility to leadership and reporting to the CEO.
Healthcare industry exposure is good to have.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility, rankings, and organic growth
- Manage both On-Page and Off-Page SEO activities independently
- Support AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) efforts to strengthen visibility across modern search experiences
- Write, optimize, and refine website content aligned with search intent and performance goals
- Manage or support Google Ads campaigns with a focus on performance and lead generation
- Use AI tools to improve research, content workflows, optimization, and execution efficiency
- Publish and update blogs, landing pages, and website content using WordPress
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend actionable improvements based on results
- Identify growth opportunities, solve digital performance challenges, and drive execution independently
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in SEO, including On-Page and Off-Page SEO
- Working knowledge of AEO and evolving search behavior
- Experience with Google Ads
- Strong content writing and content optimization skills
- Basic working knowledge of WordPress to publish blogs and landing pages independently
- Comfort using AI tools for SEO, content, and workflow enhancement
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and execution focus
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver measurable outcomes
- Comfortable handling responsibility, accountability, and performance expectations
- Exposure to healthcare marketing is a plus
