Role: Career Consultant Intern (Part-Time | 4 Hours/Day)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Career Consultant Intern to join our team at Career Boosters. This is a client-facing role where you'll directly interact with candidates, understand their career goals, and support them in building strong profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 video calls with clients (approx. 3–4 calls/day)
- Understand client backgrounds, goals, and career direction
- Assist in creating and refining resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and basic documents
- Use AI tools (such as Perplexity) to enhance content and research
- Edit and format documents using Microsoft Word / Google Docs
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality, personalized outputs
Requirements
- good English communication skills (spoken + written)
- Comfortable on video calls and interacting with clients
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word / Google Docs
- Willingness to learn and use AI tools (training will be provided)
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
Work Details
