About the Role

As an SEO Lead, you will own the end-to-end SEO strategy, execution, and performance for client accounts. You will lead and mentor a cross-functional team of six members across Technical SEO, Content, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO, ensuring high-quality execution and measurable results.

You will be responsible for driving organic growth through strategic planning, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization. Additionally, you will provide feedback to improve internal tools and processes while supporting ongoing product development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end SEO strategy to achieve defined KPIs such as organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, conversions, and revenue impact
• Translate business goals into measurable SEO plans, with clear targets, timelines, and success metrics
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all SEO functions
• Monitor performance through regular reporting, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvements
• Act as the primary client point of contact, presenting data-backed insights and demonstrating ROI from SEO initiatives
• Proactively identify performance risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall SEO impact

You'll be a great fit if you have

• Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to clearly articulate SEO concepts, marketing strategies, and tactical recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing roles, with proven hands-on execution and strategy exposure
• Proficiency in industry-standard SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms
