Talentgigs is a growing staffing and recruitment firm committed to connecting top talent with leading companies. We are currently looking for a freelance SEO expert to help optimize our website for search engines and generate inbound leads through organic traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit the existing website for SEO issues and improvements
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, internal links, and URL structure
- Perform keyword research to identify high-impact search terms for the staffing/recruitment industry
- Create and implement an on-page and off-page SEO strategy
- Improve local SEO visibility for city-specific staffing searches
- Build high-quality backlinks through white-hat techniques
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed
- Set up and track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
- Generate monthly reports on keyword rankings, traffic, and leads
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist (especially for service-based websites)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMRush, and other SEO tools
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and link-building techniques
- Understanding of lead generation through SEO strategies
- Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and website structure
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
