Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an SEO Executive who understands end to end search optimisation including traditional SEO, AI assisted SEO, GEO based targeting, App Store and App Engagement Optimisation, and local search strategies. The ideal candidate will be able to handle website optimisation, app optimisation, AI driven workflows, and region specific targeting to deliver measurable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend studies using both SEO tools and AI platforms

• Optimise website content, metadata, architecture, and on page elements

• Execute GEO targeting strategies including region based content creation, local keyword research, and location based reporting

• Manage ASO or AEO activities for mobile apps including title optimisation, description, keyword mapping, visuals, ratings, and user engagement strategies

• Perform local SEO tasks such as Google Business Profile optimisation, NAP consistency, and local listing management

• Build and manage link building campaigns

• Run AI enhanced workflows such as content clustering, topical mapping, SERP analysis, and automated reporting

• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with development teams

• Analyse traffic, rankings, search intent, app performance, and regional behaviour

• Prepare performance reports and growth plans using AI supported insights

• Track algorithm updates, AI developments, platform changes, and SEO innovation trends

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of SEO, ASO AEO, and GEO targeting concepts

• Proficiency in tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer, Gemini

• Knowledge of app store optimisation strategies for Android and iOS

• Ability to interpret data and convert it into actionable insights

• Strong written communication and documentation abilities

• Working knowledge of HTML is preferred

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO and ASO or AEO

• Experience using AI tools in search optimisation workflows

• Digital marketing certification is an advantage

• Portfolio or case studies preferred
