Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives organic traffic, improves keyword rankings, and increases our online visibility. The ideal candidate is a data-driven expert with a proven track record of managing SEO campaigns from conception to execution. You will be responsible for all aspects of SEO, including on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.

• Strategy Development: Design and execute a robust SEO strategy aligned with our marketing goals to enhance organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
• Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content for target search terms.
• On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking to improve search engine visibility.
• Technical SEO: Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, indexation, and schema markup.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that attracts and engages our target audience.
• Link Building: Develop and implement effective and ethical link-building strategies to build domain authority and improve search engine rankings.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategy remains effective and competitive.

• 3+ years of proven experience in an SEO-focused role.
• A strong portfolio of successful SEO campaigns and demonstrable results in improving search rankings and organic traffic.
• Proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
• Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
