About the Role

We are looking for an insight-driven SEO practitioner who is working at the forefront of the AI Search (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) era, with proven experience in scaling organic growth and visibility. You will bring strong fundamentals, but this is not a traditional SEO role. The landscape has evolved, and this position focuses on shaping strategy, experimentation, and insights across modern discovery systems. Our goal is to lead in AI visibility and define how legal professionals and platforms show up across these emerging surfaces, supported by a strong commitment to innovation, continuous testing, and rapid, scalable execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the organic growth engine end-to-end, driving measurable impact across traffic, conversions, pipeline, and revenue.
• Analyze AI search trends and LLM behavior to identify key shifts and translate them into actionable AEO and GEO strategies.
• Evaluate brand visibility across platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews, and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Diagnose gaps in current SEO performance and execute a clear, data-driven turnaround plan to rebuild organic growth.
• Develop and execute modern SEO strategies across technical SEO, content, and authority building, aligned with AI-first discovery.
• Optimize website structure, technical health, and content architecture to improve interpretation by search engines and LLMs.
• Leverage AI tools and automation (including workflows like n8n) to streamline SEO operations, experimentation, and scalable content optimization.
• Build reporting systems and dashboards that connect SEO efforts to real business outcomes, while continuously testing, iterating, and adapting to evolving search landscapes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, AEO/GEO, or digital growth, with a focus on eCommerce or retail and scaling organic visibility.
• Proven ability to drive growth across product and category pages, improving rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Strong expertise in AEO, Entity SEO, and Semantic Search, including schema markup, structured data, and knowledge graph optimization.
• Experience optimizing for AI search and LLM visibility across platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other answer engines.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering and content teams, translating AI/search requirements into scalable SEO systems.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (GSC, GA, Ahrefs/SEMrush) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive measurable growth.
