Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to improve our website's search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance online visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with SEO tools, and a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines
- Conduct technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile optimization)
- Monitor and improve on-page and off-page SEO performance
- Manage link-building strategies and outreach campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions)
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends
- Recommend UX and content improvements to enhance organic performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related fields.
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms is a plus (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
