about the role :

As SEO Manager you will develop and execute comprehensive search engine optimization strategies to boost organic website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance online visibility. Key responsibilities include technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link-building. Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to report ROI and drive continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage the company's SEO strategy to align with business goals.
• Technical SEO: Perform website audits, optimize site architecture, and manage HTML/XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and schema markup
• Keyword & Content Research: Conduct deep keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content strategy.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize meta tags, headings, image alt text, and content structure.
• Link Building: Develop off-site SEO, including link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze site traffic and KPIs using Google Analytics and Search Console to optimize ROI.
• Collaboration: Work with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, typically 3+ years.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website structure.
• Tools Proficiency: Expertise in SEO tools ( SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics).
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
• SEO Trends: Up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in search engine algorithms.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
