About the Role:

We are seeking a growth-oriented SEO professional from the B2C industry who can lead end-to-end organic search initiatives, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving organic growth throughtechnical SEO, content strategy, and data-driven optimization. This role is ideal for someone who has experience mb 10) to deliver sustained performance and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to drive measurable organic growth.
• Lead both foundational SEO initiatives (0 1) including keyword research, site structure, and content strategy and scaling efforts (1 10) for optimization and growth.
• Oversee all aspects of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to integrate SEO across all digital intiatives.
• Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve crawl, indexing, and site performance issues.
• Drive website architecture enhancements, manage site migrations, and ensure SEO health across platforms.
• Leverage tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics to monitor, analyze, and improve SEO practices performance.
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates, emerging trends, and industry best
• Analyze SEO metrics, generate insights, and present recommendations for data-driven decision making.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• 5 years of proven experience in SEO within the B2C industry.
• Strong understanding of Google's algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO Trends.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale SEO strategiesfrom setup to exponential growth.
• Expertise in technical SEO, including audits, structured data, and site optimization.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaboration with development teams.
• Experience in site migrations, page speed optimization, and content performance analysis.
• Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in SEO reporting and insights generation.
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
