Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic SEO Manager to lead and execute end-to-end SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organic rankings, driving quality traffic, and delivering measurable growth for client websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
- Optimize website structure, meta tags, internal linking, and page speed
- Manage technical SEO audits (Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawl errors, schema)
- Plan and execute link-building and outreach strategies
- Work closely with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console
- Stay updated with latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends
- Manage junior SEO executives and review their work (if applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven experience in SEO (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Hands-on experience with tools like:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress preferred)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with local SEO, e-commerce SEO, and international SEO
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads is a plus
- Experience managing client accounts and reporting
