Search Engine Optimization Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and results-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in search engine optimization, keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and link-building activities. If you enjoy analyzing search trends, identifying growth opportunities, and improving organic visibility, this role is for you.

Role & Responsibilities:

As our SEO Executive, you will play a key role in driving organic growth and improving search visibility across our digital properties.

On-Page SEO:

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and metadata for target keywords.
• Create content briefs and collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices.
• Monitor keyword rankings and implement optimization strategies to improve performance.
• Perform content audits and recommend updates for existing pages.

Technical SEO:

• Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Monitor website indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and site health.
• Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, schema markup, and canonical tags.
• Work closely with developers to implement SEO recommendations and fixes.

Off-Page SEO:

• Execute link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
• Identify guest posting, digital PR, and backlink acquisition opportunities.
• Monitor backlink profiles and address toxic links when required.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor competitor activities, rankings, and emerging search trends.

AI Search & Content Visibility:

• Support initiatives related to AI Search Optimization, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
• Optimize content for visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with keyword research and SEO audit tools.
• Knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Tools & Skills:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Search Console
• SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools
• Screaming Frog
• Google Tag Manager (basic understanding)
• Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and schema markup

Good to Have:

• Experience in B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity marketing.
• Exposure to AI Search Optimization, GEO, and AEO.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Understanding of content marketing and conversion optimization.
