The Role

We're looking for someone who understands how search works and how people discover businesses online.

You will:

• Work on improving organic visibility for Startup Flora across search platforms

• Conduct keyword research around startups, MSMEs, branding, and business growth

• Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for better rankings

• Collaborate with the content team to align SEO with meaningful content

• Track performance using tools like Google Search Console and Analytics

• Identify growth opportunities through search trends and competitor analysis

• Support on-page and basic technical SEO improvements

You Should Be

• Someone with 1–2 years of experience in SEO or organic growth

• Comfortable working with data, keywords, and performance metrics

• Clear on how search intent works, especially for business-related queries

• Detail-oriented and structured in execution

• Curious about how businesses grow through digital channels

• Familiar with SEO tools (Search Console, Analytics, or similar)
