Role Overview-

The SEO Executive will lead comprehensive organic growth strategies by managing website performance, executing on-page optimizations, and building high-quality link profiles to increase search rankings. You will be responsible for end-to-end website management and coordinating content creation to ensure all digital assets are aligned with SEO best practices and user intent. Beyond search, you will manage email marketing campaigns to drive user retention and integrate cross-channel data for a holistic digital strategy. This role requires a technical mindset to oversee site health while delivering measurable improvements in traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Perform regular technical SEO audits to ensure optimal site health, crawlability, and proper implementation of Schema markup.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and on-page optimization to align content with user intent and improve search engine rankings.
  • Execute strategic link-building and outreach campaigns to build domain authority and outpace industry competitors.
  • Monitor organic traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to identify conversion and growth opportunities.
  • Manage SEO performance and content updates directly within CMS platforms like WordPress, Elementor, and Shopify.
  • Utilize tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to analyze site speed, track algorithm changes, and report on key performance metrics.

Tools Required-

Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog SEO Spider, Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, WordPress & Elementor, Shopify, Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio), Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets, Brevo, Kit, Mailchimp (Email Marketing Tools)

Preferred Qualifications-

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma/course in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred with SEO certification is a plus.
