Search Engine Optimization Executive

Kerkar Media is hiring a full-stack SEO Executive to own search performance across our B2B client portfolio.

We're a Mumbai-based B2B SEO and performance marketing agency. For 9 years, we've built inbound pipeline for manufacturers, industrial suppliers, and B2B companies across India, the UAE, the UK, and the US — bootstrapped, founder-led, and fully retainer-driven.

This is not an SEO content writer role. You'll own audits, on-page, content briefs, link-building, and reporting — the full search funnel — for 3–5 client accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

→ Technical + on-page SEO audits — site structure, crawl, indexation, Core Web Vitals

→ On-page optimisation — meta, internal linking, schema, content refresh

→ Keyword research and content briefs handed off to writers

→ Link-building — digital PR, outreach, guest posts, broken link recovery

→ GSC + GA4 monitoring, ranking trackers, monthly client reporting

→ 3–5 client accounts, end-to-end ownership

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

→ 2–3 years hands-on SEO across audits, on-page, content, and link-building

→ B2B / lead-gen experience (not just D2C or e-commerce)

→ Fluent in Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, GA4

→ A working understanding of why a page ranks — not just what tools say to do

→ Clean written English (you'll write briefs, reports, and outreach emails)

→ Self-managed. We don't micromanage.
