Roles And Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases relevant to our news articles.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and content for targeted keywords.
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new articles.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Develop and implement link building strategies to enhance domain authority and improve search rankings.
- Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes to make proactive adjustments to SEO strategies.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on SEO performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO efforts with overall digital marketing strategies.
- Continuously optimize website content and structure for better user experience and search engine crawlability.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend solutions for improving website performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
