Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversions for Counsel Union's digital properties. Daily activities include conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page elements such as meta tags and content structure, performing SEO audits, and implementing link-building initiatives. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with content and marketing teams, and supporting social media marketing efforts to ensure cohesive digital growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and aligned with Counsel Union's focus on mental health and wellbeing.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO.
• Expertise with GEO and AEO
• Expertise with shopify
• Candidates should possess practical experience in Link Building and outreach activities.
• Candidates should possess the ability to perform comprehensive SEO Audits and recommend improvements.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Social Media Marketing and its impact on SEO performance.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research tools).
• Candidates should possess strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates should possess good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
