Job Title: SEO Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in search engine optimization, content marketing, and digital growth strategies. You'll work closely with the SEO team to improve website visibility, optimize content, and learn hands-on SEO tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research using SEO tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Optimize on-page elements such as meta titles, descriptions, headers, and URLs
• Assist in off-page SEO activities including link-building and outreach
• Perform website audits and recommend improvements for better rankings
• Track and report keyword rankings, website traffic, and SEO performance metrics
• Collaborate with content writers to optimize blog posts and web pages for SEO
• Support the team with competitor analysis and backlink audits
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of SEO concepts (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Good communication and writing skills
• Passion for digital marketing and willingness to learn
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field
