Job Title: Jr. SEO Analyst

Location: Chennai, India.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr SEO Analyst located in Chennai. The Jr SEO Analyst will be responsible for performing keyword research, building backlinks, and optimising on-page SEO. Day-to-day tasks include utilizing web analytics to track performance, implementing SEO strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to increase web traffic and search engine rankings.

Qualifications:

Experience in Keyword Research and Link Building

Proficiency in On-Page SEO

Familiarity with Web Analytics

Marketing knowledge and experience

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field Key Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend studies.

Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headings, schema, internal linking).

Execute off-page SEO activities (backlink building, outreach, directory submissions).

Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers.

Optimise website content, blogs, and landing pages for higher search visibility.

Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.

13 years of proven SEO experience.

Strong knowledge of On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO.

Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix).

Experience in the aviation training industry is a plus

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
