We are looking for a Search Campaign Manager with strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills to manage paid search campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing performance-driven campaigns, mentoring junior team members, and delivering measurable results. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, analytical acumen, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end paid search campaigns — from planning and setup to execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Conduct keyword research, build ad copy, manage automated bid strategies, and implement A/B testing for copy and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, identify performance gaps, and recommend data-backed optimization strategies.
- Perform search query report (SQR) analysis, evaluate auction insights, and validate recommendations from Google Ads UI.
- Develop actionable performance insights and present findings through comprehensive reports and presentations.
- Manage both B2B and B2C acquisition campaigns, ensuring efficiency and ROI improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality output and adherence to best practices.
Tools & Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads platforms, with daily hands-on experience.
- Familiar with SA360 bulk sheet creation, upload, and troubleshooting.
- Strong command over Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting) and PowerPoint for data presentation.
- Basic understanding of tracking methodologies, including Floodlight tagging and campaign tracking parameters.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to quality assurance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communicator — both written and verbal — open to feedback and continuous learning.
- Team-oriented mindset with experience supervising or coaching junior members.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated success in driving campaign efficiency and achieving business goals.
- Experience in search marketing for both B2B and B2C clients preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable.
