Job Description

This role sits within Claims Training under the Design umbrella and is responsible for both designing and facilitating learning solutions for Claims and FBS. The Learning and Development Consultant partners with business stakeholders to analyze needs, design and deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and digital learning, and evaluate effectiveness. As part of the design work, the role uses learning tools and technologies such as Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe, and related platforms to develop engaging, performance‑focused content. The role supports adjusters, supervisors, and leaders, ensuring learning solutions translate into improved performance and business results.
