- Collaborate with the Risk Development and QA teams to analyze, identify, and resolve issues inFalcon processingin non-production environments.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to validate Falcon integration and authorization flows.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide timely solutions for system issues or failures.
- Execute and monitor jobs and processes usingUnix/Linux shell scripting.
- Write and optimizeSQL queriesfor data validation and analysis usingOracle.
- Maintain system logs, test documentation, and incident records to improve future troubleshooting and support activities.
- Support deployment activities, smoke testing, and system health checks in non-production environments.
- Provide input to improve CI/CD automation and test coverage.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux, including shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Proficient inOracleandSQLfor querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Hands-on experience withFalcon Fraud Management Systemis highly desirable.
- Good understanding ofauthorization systems and card payment processing.
- Experience working with QA and development teams innon-production support environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex system issues.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks is a plus (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
