Job Summary: Wissen Technology is hiring for a Scrum Master who will lead and manage Agile projects, scale Agile practices across large teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to remove impediments and promote best practices.

Experience: 9- 15 years

Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon

Mode of Work: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Agile projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  
• Scale Agile practices across large teams or enterprises.
  
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile best practices.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Utilize Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Teamcity, Gitlab, or equivalent to manage projects effectively.
  
• Implement and promote Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  
• Apply knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Lean principles to enhance project Efficiency.
  
  

Requirements:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, PSM).
  
• Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Teamcity, Gitlab, or equivalent.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Lean principles.
  
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remove impediments effectively.
  
• Minimum 4 years experience in banking and finance industry (not retail bank)
  
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
  
  

Good To Have Skills:

• Prior experience as BA or QA is desirable.
  
• Experience managing distributed teams.
  
• Familiarity with other project management methodologies.
  
• Advanced certifications in Agile or project management.
