Scrum Master, VP

• Role focused on coaching and guiding Agile teams to deliver high-quality outcomes sustainably
• Acts as a Scrum Master, facilitating processes, removing impediments, and supporting product owners
• Drives transparency, continuous improvement, and high-performance culture within cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the process owner for the team and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders
• Coach and guide the team to perform at their highest level while maintaining a sustainable pace
• Facilitate meetings, decision-making, and conflict resolution to ensure smooth team operations
• Remove impediments and protect the team from external distractions
• Work with the product owner to maintain and priorities a healthy product backlog
• Encourage communication and collaboration within the team and across the organization
• Build a safe environment where issues can be raised without fear of blame or judgment
• Promote transparency, information sharing, and continual improvement in team practices

Required Experience

• Proven experience in successful Scrum adoption with a Scrum Master certification
• Knowledge of modern development practices and tools, including extreme programming, test-driven development, and continuous integration
• Experience coaching cross-functional teams to high performance
• Familiarity with organisational or team change management to foster Agile mindsets
• Strong understanding of empirical process control and Agile principles
