Job role- Scrum Master(5 days wfo)Exp- 5 to 9 yearsLocation- BangaloreNotice Period- immediate to 30 daysAbout the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Scrum Master with strong understanding of Agile practices to guide product and engineering teams. This role focuses on enabling efficient delivery, fostering collaboration, and ensuring teams follow Agile values and the Scrum framework while building scalable SaaS solutions. You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, QA, Design, and DevOps to ensure smooth sprint execution and continuous improvement in delivery processes. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives Coach and mentor teams on Agile and Scrum best practices to drive continuous improvement Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog, refine user stories, and ensure clarity of acceptance criteria Track sprint progress using velocity, burndown charts, and other Agile metrics; identify risks and delays early Promote transparency, accountability, and consistent delivery across engineering teams Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, Product, Design, and DevOps Maintain proper documentation, sprint reports, and process adherence Encourage strong communication and collaboration to build high-performing teams Drive process improvements and adoption of Agile tools used for delivery Ensure alignment with priorities such as uptime, scalability, security, and fast release cycles Perform other related Scrum and delivery responsibilities aligned with business priorities Required Skills Agile and Scrum Expertise 5 to 9 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile or Scrum environments Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban Proven experience working with software product teams SaaS and Engineering Exposure Experience working with SaaS teams focused on product releases, CI/CD pipelines, development cycles, and cloud environments Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices Tools and Reporting Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence (must), Azure DevOps, or similar Ability to analyze and track Agile metrics including velocity, capacity, and burndown Communication and Facilitation Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills Preferred Skills Experience working with DevOps, SRE, or cloud-based SaaS architectures Exposure to API-driven platforms, microservices, and fast-paced product teams Knowledge of OKRs, roadmap planning, or product processes Scrum certifications such as CSM or PSM preferred Soft Skills Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills High ownership and structured problem-solving approach Ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related field is must
