Job Description

We have an urgent opening for a Scrum Master. We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong understanding of Order to Cash, Hire to Retire, and Customer Support program metrics.

Experience Required:

Overall 10+ years of experience in IT / Technology / Hi-Tech consulting with Scrum experience.

Strong understanding of Order to Cash, Hire to Retire, and Customer Support program metrics, with prior experience working on ERP systems.

Experience with Salesforce, including Salesforce integrated with ERP and SaaS implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate leadership and help build high-performing teams.

Facilitate daily Scrum meetings and monitor progress against sprint commitments.

Actively participate in sprint planning and obtain work commitments from the team based on capacity.

Coordinate with team members and cross-functional teams during grooming sessions.

Coach and guide the team based on team maturity, ensuring adherence to Agile processes.

Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners to manage dependencies.

Ensure releases are deployed on schedule and tracked in Jira and Confluence.

Facilitate the removal of impediments to ensure smooth delivery.

Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

Report progress and escalate issues where support is required.

Self-starter, motivated, and well-organized.

Strong listening skills with the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
