Scrum Master / Project Manager
Location: Bangalore, Bannerghatta Road
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO). This is a full-time, on-
site role based in our Bangalore office (Bannerghatta Road). Remote or hybrid options are not available.

Role Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic professional to lead Agile teams as a Scrum Master, while also managing broader project execution as a Project Manager. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, champions Agile values, and can drive strategic delivery across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Master(70%)
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs
- Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics using tools like Asana
- Identify and remove impediments to team performance
- Promote Agile best practices and support organizational Agile maturity
- Project Manager (30%)
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines across multiple workstreams
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery of milestones
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 36 years of experience in Agile environments
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with Asana or similar Agile tracking tools
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience in scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
- Background in software development or technical delivery
