Project Manager / Scrum Master (Healthcare Domain)

Location : Bangalore & Pune

Minimum 8 years of total professional experience, with at least 4 years as a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologiesStrong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or working within Agile teams.

Proven healthcare domain experienceEHR/EMR, medical devices, clinical workflows, digital health, etc.

Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Solid understanding of compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA, FDA regulations

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Certifications: CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.

Experience working with medical device software or healthcare platforms.

Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project tools.
