About Position
We are seeking a skilled Java Angular Full Stack Developer with 4–7 years of experience to build and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications. This role involves working across both frontend and backend development using modern technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack expertise, hands-on experience with microservices architecture, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines to deliver robust and production-ready solutions in a collaborative Agile environment

What You'll Do
- Guide teams in applying Agile and Lean principles, ensuring collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies including stand ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Establish and reinforce clear team rules, working agreements, and standard practices
- Track, analyze, and communicate team efficiency metrics, driving continuous improvement through reflection and adaptation
- Contribute to improving organizational Agile standards based on team learnings
Product Value & Stakeholder Alignment
- Enable strong communication and collaboration between Business and IS teams
- Ensure a shared understanding of product vision, value, and stakeholder expectations
- Support consistent delivery of an operational product that provides tangible business value
Delivery Speed & Project Health
- Optimize and accelerate product delivery by proactively identifying and removing blockers
- Prevent and address operational issues that may hinder delivery
- Manage dependencies with external contributors, suppliers, and experts
- Monitor and communicate health, including progress, quality, risks, and performance
User Satisfaction & Feedback
- Ensure the delivered product consistently meets user and business needs
- Promote active user feedback collection, analysis, and integration into product iterations
- Support rapid resolution of user reported issues, maintaining trust and minimizing disruption
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with users on updates, changes, and issue resolutions
Security & Risk Management
- Actively remove impediments and escalate risks when necessary
- Foster a strong security first mindset across one or more teams
- Ensure security best practices are embedded and adhered to during project execution
Expertise You'll Bring
- Strong experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles
- Proven ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices
- Experience tracking and improving team performance and delivery metrics
- Strong skills in risk identification, dependency management, and issue escalation
- Ability to promote collaboration between business, IT, and security teams
