Job Description

7 to 8+ Years in application delivery.
4+ Years in delivering projects as a Scrum Master.
Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills; meet challenging timelines.
Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
Willing to extend, learn and act as project coordinator and single point of contact for the client stakeholders
Experience in handling client stakeholders with minimal dependency and drive the entire project deliverables
Have direct coordination with client and project team
Experience in handling project deliverables with defined SLAs through SDLC cycle
Experience in handling Salesforce projects or other CRM applications
Have experience in working with client project team which is totally remote and have both offshore/onsite

Key Skills

Good in presentation skills.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel / PPT/ Word etc.,).
Project management Tools like Atlassian JIRA/Azure DevOps (ADO).
Good in Communication skills (Verbal and Written).
Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills; meet challenging timelines.
Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
