Requirements:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Strong Agile & Scrum expertise
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies
Hands-on with Azure DevOps, TFS, Confluence, or similar tools
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Healthcare domain experience is a plus
