As a Scrum Master, you'll have the chance to:
- Scrum Mastering for high-performance technology teams.
- Agility catalyst/evangelist and driver of best practices through monitoring.
- Ensure high quality and timely release and support of products.
- Clears project obstacles and impediments that could slow down the team's progress and delegates tasks and actions to the right stakeholders.
- Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies.
- Own and drive continuous improvements and health checks across teams.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that the improvement backlog is taken to completion.
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review and retrospectives.
- Facilitating the creation of BRD, Epics, user stories, Requirements definition and elicitation and translation to Jira.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues and impediments the team may be experiencing.
- Tracking and reporting team progress and sprint performance, and identifying areas of continuous improvement.
- Coach the team to be self-organising and cross-functional.
- Capacity planning, managing and utilising resources across projects, arranging and optimising product backlog.
- Escalating when there is no time-bound resolution to issues with alternate approaches.
- Strong exposure in collecting improvement metrics, monitoring metrics and current status metrics.
- Collaborate with Market, team stakeholders and leadership.
- Help the team boost their productivity and performance.
- Collaborate with the Analytics centre of excellence and manage cross-functional dependencies and tasks with other Scrum masters to improve the implemented processes and metrics.
- Act as a leader to the Solution/product development team.
- Staying updated with the latest Agile methodologies and practices.
- Should have JIRA/Confluence experience.
- Ensure product delivery is happening effectively and efficiently.
- Presenting regular updates on the progress to different stakeholders and establishing a communication framework.
- Identify, design and publish the metrics that helps team continuously improve and deliver on the backlog effectively.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience of at least 2 years in project management.
- Experience of having been a Scrum Master for at least 2-3 teams in parallel.
- Minimum industry experience of 4 years.
- Leadership skills to build high-performance teams.
- Continuously raise the bar on quality.
- Strong communication, influence, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate smoothly across multiple functions spread across multiple geographies.
- Great attention to detail.
- Stay up to date with the latest Scrum best practices.
- Experience working on JIRA.
- A scrum master certification (CSM) would be a strong plus.
- You have excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- You possess strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
- Data-driven approach for Troubleshooting.
- Understanding of the ITSM framework.
- Should have experience in Analytics or the IT industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are used in data-driven analysis and decision-making.
