Looking for candidates as Scrum Master who are managing IT projects, who have Experience in managing IT Projects, initiatives and deliverables. Experience with Integration processes & practices, methodologies and terminology Excellent collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills. Analysis of requirements and documentation. Project Issue and Risk mitigation/resolution. Implementation/Deployment plan creation and management. Project Communication and follow-up. Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical project deployments of varying complexity across global team. Strong experience utilizing SDLC and Integration methodologies to complete project implementation/deployments.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, Sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate the seamless collaboration among team members.
- Track project metrics to identify areas for improvement and monitor progress.
- Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement.
- Help the Product Owner to effectively manage the product backlog.
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to align projects and remove impediments faced by the team.
- Encourage transparency through open communication and increasing visibility of work progress.
- Lead efforts to resolve project conflicts and establish appropriate resolution paths.
- Assist in building an Agile culture within the organization by nurturing self-organized teams.
- Coach the team members in Agile frameworks.
Skills
- Seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 7+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
