Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in delivering analytics, data science, or software development projects. The ideal candidate will drive Agile practices, enable high-performing teams, and ensure successful delivery of complex, data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive Agile best practices to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of analytics/data science/software projects.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to manage priorities and remove impediments.
- Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and delivery timelines.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration within the team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of overall experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proven experience working on analytics, data science, or software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Mandatory Certification:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
Good to Have:
- Exposure to data platforms, AI/ML workflows, or cloud environments (Azure/GCP).
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
