Scrum Master

Must have at least 3 years of Scrum Master/Agile Coach experience

· Bachelor's degree, ideally in a technical discipline with a development background

· Minimum10+ years of experience in software delivery and have proven ability to coach business, delivery teams and management in Agile adoption for minimum 3 yrs.

· Experience in working with demand and delivery teams as they are transformed to an Agile/ DevOps environment

· A SAFe expertise and should have hands-on experience in coaching Program and Portfolio stakeholders using agile or scaled agile practices such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Spotify etc.

· Excellent interpersonal communications, time management skills, Client relationship management skills

· Excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques Nice to have:

• PMP Certification • Azure Fundamentals Certification • SAFe5 SPC or RTE certified, and Telecom background preferred • Scrum Master Certification
