Must have at least 3 years of Scrum Master/Agile Coach experience
Bachelor's degree, ideally in a technical discipline with a development background
Minimum10+ years of experience in software delivery and have proven ability to coach business, delivery teams and management in Agile adoption for minimum 3 yrs.
Experience in working with demand and delivery teams as they are transformed to an Agile/ DevOps environment
A SAFe expertise and should have hands-on experience in coaching Program and Portfolio stakeholders using agile or scaled agile practices such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Spotify etc.
Excellent interpersonal communications, time management skills, Client relationship management skills
Excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques Nice to have:
PMP Certification Azure Fundamentals Certification SAFe5 SPC or RTE certified, and Telecom background preferred Scrum Master Certification
